General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of Apec Business Consulting

1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) shall apply to all contracts and services between Apec Business Consulting (hereinafter referred to as the “Consultant”) and the Client (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”).

1.2 Deviating, conflicting or supplementary General Terms and Conditions of the Client shall only become part of the contract if their validity has been expressly agreed in writing.

2 Services 2.1 The Consultant shall provide consulting and other services in accordance with the agreements set out in the respective contract.

2.2 The exact scope of the services to be provided shall be specified in the individual contract between the Consultant and the Client.

3 Conclusion of contract 3.1 The contract between the Consultant and the Client is concluded when both parties sign the consultancy contract.

3.2 Offers made by the Consultant are subject to change and non-binding, unless they are expressly marked as binding.

4. remuneration 4.1 The remuneration for the Consultant's services shall be set out in the contract.

4.2 All payments are due within 14 days of invoicing without deductions, unless otherwise agreed in the contract.

4.3 If the Client is in default of payment, the Consultant reserves the right to charge interest on arrears at the statutory rate.

5 Obligations of the Client to cooperate 5.1 The Client undertakes to provide the Consultant with all necessary information and documents.
