The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via our website.

Apec Business Consulting reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions at any time. The version of the GTC in force at the time the order is placed shall apply and may not be unilaterally modified for that specific order. Any general terms and conditions of the customer that conflict with or differ from these GTC shall not be recognized.

All information (product descriptions, images, illustrations, videos, dimensions, weights, technical specifications, accessory compatibility, and other details) is provided for information purposes only and is approximate. The sale prices indicated are final and, unless otherwise stated, include statutory VAT and all other applicable legal charges.

4. Conclusion of the Contract

The products and prices displayed on this website are considered non-binding offers.

By placing an order on this website and accepting these General Terms and Conditions, the customer submits a firm and binding contractual offer. Any order placed is final and binding upon the customer.

5. Payment Terms and Retention of Title

The customer may choose from the payment methods specified during the order process.

6. Delivery, Inspection Obligation, Defect Notification, and Returns

Services are provided exclusively online.

If payment by invoice is offered, the invoice will be sent by email.

7. Warranty

Apec Business Consulting undertakes to provide services of impeccable quality. In the event of a defect reported within the prescribed time limits, Apec Business Consulting guarantees the proper condition and optimal functioning of the product purchased by the customer during the statutory warranty period, generally two years from the date of delivery.

Apec Business Consulting reserves the right to fulfill its warranty obligations by offering a free repair, an equivalent replacement, or a refund of the purchase price. Any other warranty is excluded.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage resulting from improper handling, damage caused by the customer or third parties, or defects attributable to external circumstances.

8. Liability

Apec Business Consulting disclaims all liability, regardless of the legal basis, as well as any claims for damages against it and against its agents or representatives. In particular, Apec Business Consulting shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profit, or any personal, material, or financial damage suffered by the customer.

This exclusion of liability does not apply to mandatory statutory liability, such as liability arising from gross negligence or willful misconduct.

9. Partial Invalidity

If any provision of these General Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

10. Other Provisions

Apec Business Consulting expressly reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions at any time and to implement such amendments without prior notice.

In the event of a dispute, Swiss substantive law shall apply exclusively, to the exclusion of any conflict-of-law rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG, Vienna Convention) is expressly excluded.

The place of jurisdiction is Basel.
