Cancellation / Withdrawal Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
2. Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods.
3. Notification of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email).
You may use the attached withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
4. Compliance with the Withdrawal Deadline
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
5. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your notification of withdrawal.
We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
6. Right to Withhold Reimbursement
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.
7. Return of Goods
You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
8. Return Costs
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
9. Liability for Depreciation
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
